What to bring?
You will be laying on a floor so please make sure you bring anything that will make you feel comfortable like yoga mats, bolsters, pillows, cushions, or blankets.
Our bodies tend to cool down as we enter meditative states so I suggest that you dress warm and comfortably or have the option to cover yourself with an additional layer.🧣
You can bring crystals, jewels, water, etc... to charge with the vibrations of sound.
